I felt conflicted between serving others and knowing who I was as a person… a woman... as opposed to what I was in relation to everyone else: mom, wife, employee, volunteer, etc. It got to a point where I felt lost and alone and knew I was meant for more but I had NO IDEA how to decide what that was.

Then I experienced “the shift”; I realized I had the ability to CHOOSE. 

I made a conscious decision to shift from being stuck in a life of overwhelm, and being unfulfilled to living a life that ignites me from within…aligned with who I am. 

Since then I’ve  designed a life filled with freedom, immense joy, and opportunities to make memories with those I love most.

I’m tired of seeing women suffering in silence because they feel unworthy or are unaware of their value... and I have the solution.
