We will introduce the season and an overview from Erin on her three component (Ayurveda, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine & Aromatherapy). Then Kori will give you a high level overview of the Mindset, Body & Soul aspects. This provide a big overview so you know what we will cover and where we are headed.
Soul
Kori will guide you along a journey of visiting old stories, exploring new territory & replacing the old with desired experiences. Spring is a season of "spring cleaning" so decluttering in MANY CAPACITIES will be covered as well. You'll complete this module with insight, progress & discovery!
Aromatherapy
Erin will take you through an aromatic journey where you explore scents & how they affect your being in it's entirety.
You will learn the benefits, some history and the various way to benefit from the exquisite practice of Aromatherapy. (SO MUCH "UNKNOWN" GOODNESS HERE!)
Body
Kori will dispell common myths about what a "healthy" body is and help you discover a 'whole"listic approach.
She will share ways to relax, energize & stretch the body. You will also learn YOUR bodies triggers & learn to identify the sign your body tells you ... if you listen to your intuition.
Ayurveda
Erin will guide you along an informative and exciting adventure where you are able to discover how you can work with what nature has provided you and what it means in this specific season.
